Kris Pisano is the woman behind the dancewear label,
Amoré Dancewear.
Independantly created, designed and lovingly made by Kris,
Amoré has been almost 6 years in the making.

As a young child, Kris grew up surrounded by ballet from being at His Majesty's Theatre, watching her Mother and Aunt dance on stage to then watching her own three children, who all learnt to dance from a very young age. 

Having been a dancer throughout her teenage years,Kris decided that it was her time to shine, and gave into her own desire to return to ballet at the age of 45.

Kris  discovered quite quickly that there wasn't a lot of choice when trying to find dancewear to wear in class as a mature adult dancer, who wasn't super thin or tall.

So with that, she set about designing a few pieces that she could wear to ballet that were flattering to her age. These designs were received with huge enthusiasm by her fellow ballet class dancers.

So this is how Amoré Dancewear was created, born from an idea of creating a line of beautiful bespoke dancewear to suit all shapes, sizes and genres.
A company most certainly needed in a world of so much diversity.

Kris's combines her unique pieces with a touch of her own personality: a little bit of fun, with a dash of cheekiness and an array of colour and designs which are simply beautiful to wear in class.
